Shiatsu Massaging Cushion - Shiatsu is a kneading massage/ providing deep circular strokes, which melt away tension and fatigue.

Foot Pleaser Massage - Unwind with a relaxing foot message. The deep kneading action helps loosen and relieve tired feet and toes. The infrared heat penetrates deep to soothe worn muscles.

Beverage Bar - Refreshing sparkling beverages and healthful herbal, black and green teas.  The settling aromas and comforting flavors are a healthy way to enjoy the day.

Fleece Blanket - Comfort yourself in the warmth and softness of fleece.

Aromatherapy – Pure plant essential oils have been used for thousands of years to relieve stress, clear the mind and energize the body. Knowing this, we offer:

• Pulse Point Therapy - Begin your visit with relaxing Eucalyptus Spearmint - a touch on your wrists/ a dab on your temples, a deep breath. This highly concentrated essential oil cream on pulse points will help leave you calm, collected and free of stress.
• Hot Moist Towel - At the end of your visit to energize you. Let your senses choose which fragrance works best for you.
• Bergamot - Fresh/ vibrant Italian Bergamot oil is extracted from the peel of the nearly ripe fruit resembling a miniature orange.
• Lemon - Bright/ rejuvenating lemon essential oil at its best.

Breath check - We offer a free breath check by simply breathing into the palm-size sensor.
